Ob Rap, DJ-ing, Graffiti oder Breakdance, von 08. bis 11. Juli wird auch dieses Jahr mit einem anspruchsvollen, unterhaltsamen und informativen Programm im Rahmen der CONVENTION das Ineinandergreifen und Zusammenspiel der vier ursprünglichen Elemente der Hip Hop-Kultur veranschaulicht. Dabei garantieren mehr als 120 KünstlerInnen an fünf Veranstaltungsorten für Stimmung fernab des Mainstreams.
Im Tagesprogramm steht bei freiem Eintritt im Rahmen der Symposien, Workshops, Filmpräsentationen und Performances die interdisziplinäre Interaktion und Bildung im Vordergrund. Zusätzlich zu der Vielzahl heimischer KünstlerInnen und DiskussionsteilnehmerInnen sind es internationale Größen, die der CONVENTION eine besondere Note verleihen. Das Nachtprogramm (Clubnächte) steht ganz im Zeichen von Musik und Tanz mit diversen Konzerten, Live-Auftritten und Breakdance Performances unzähliger Top-Acts.

Whether it’s Rap, DJ-ing, Graffiti or Breakdance, the CONVENTION 2010 will again present an ambitious, entertaining and informative agenda which will demonstrate the interplay and the meshing together of the four original elements of HipHop-culture .
During the daytime,the interdisciplinary interaction and education are the main focus of the symposia, workshops, film-screenings and performances, which are all free of charge. In addition to the wide range of local artists and panelists, international icons will attach a special flavour to the CONVENTION. Numerous live- concerts and breakdance-performances by international top-acts will be the key features of the evening programme
